Over 15 years in recruitment with 11 of those being in Education which has given me greater knowledge of what Primary schools are all about to enable to match them to the perfect staff, also with a genuine interest in education as a parent.

  I thoroughly enjoy creating the perfect match for a client and candidate, ensuring that the service I provide is second to non and ensuring all parties are happy. I enjoy working with my schools and feel honoured for them to trust me to provide a solution for their recruitment needs, they know they can rely on me to think outside the box and work through their needs to ensure a high -quality service is provided.
