I have been working in Education recruitment for nearly eighteen years, working across all sectors from Secondary to Nursery, but most of my career has been working within Primary and that’s where my passions lies. Every day is different but it keeps you on your toes, my favourite part of the job is working alongside my schools and teacher and finding them their dream jobs.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I have been working on the Walsal Primary desk for the past six years, I specialise in working with Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in your
Role?

I really enjoy my job, don’t get me wrong it can be stressful at times as you can be doing something one minute and the next something completely different but it is so rewarding!
