Supply Teaching Opportunities are Available now
What is Supply Teaching?
Supply Teaching is one of Aspire People's main roles we recruit for. A supply teacher is someone who replaces other teachers in either short term or long term to cover lessons. The role of a supply teacher can be different depending on the length of the assignment, usually day to day supply teachers will just cover the lesson and stick to the lesson plan set by the absent teacher.
Benefits of Supply Teaching?
There are many reasons as to why teachers turn to supply, one of the main reason being supply teaching can be the perfect way to create work life balance within education. Whether you are looking to spend a bit more time at home with your young family or you have a project you are working on the side of your career supply teaching could be a great option for you. When working as a supply teacher you should expect to benefit from flexibility, autonomy and the choice a variety of schools your agency is currently working with.
