The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming school in Northfield. You will lead your class, delivering engaging lessons and preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 6 pupils.
Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
Prepare pupils for key assessments and the transition to secondary school.
Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably Year 6.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to create engaging, stimulating, and differentiated lessons.
Team player with a passion for helping pupils achieve their potential.
