Job description
Are you a Qualified Teaching Assistant looking for your next role?Aspire People are currently looking for a TA to work at a school in Great Barr. This role will be working full-time in Year 5, 5 days per week.
The school are looking for someone who is confident with Key Stage 2 curriculum, and has previous experience with KS2 SATs.
This role is general classroom based, however may require you to lead small group interventions with children that require additional support with certain topcs/subjects.
This role starts ASAP - December 2024
To be successful in our roles you will require:
* Level 2+ Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
* Excellent working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
* Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
* Right to Work in the UK
* Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Update Service (if you do not have this, we will require you
to apply for a new DBS)
* Able to provide at least 2 references to cover a minimum of 2 years
