Aspire People is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Leamington Spa. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about providing dynamic instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires a teacher who is adaptable, engaging, and committed to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting instruction to meet the individual needs of pupils.
Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behaviors and inclusive education.
Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 environment within the UK.
Possession of an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Strong understanding of the current curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
