The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Key Stage 2 education, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Possibility of planning and preparing lessons for children.
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 5/6 students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents/carers.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Comfortable working in a Year 5/6 classroom environment, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
Possession of an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to starting the role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
