Position Overview:
Aspire People is currently seeking a Year 5 Teacher for a unique teaching opportunity in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
This role requires a teacher with experience in Catholic teachings and the ability to plan and deliver a curriculum tailored for Year 5 students.
The class consists of a diverse mix of students, including both delayed learners and high-achieving pupils, making it a dynamic and fulfilling teaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum, while integrating Catholic teachings when appropriate.
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate a diverse range of learning abilities, from delayed learners to high-achieving students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the personal and academic growth of each student.
* Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support for all learners.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive educational community.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Proven experience in teaching Year 5 students and an understanding of the Year 5 curriculum.
* Familiarity with Catholic teachings and the ability to integrate them into the curriculum.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Adaptability and empathy to meet the diverse needs of your students.
