Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and support Year 4 learners.
* Assessment & Progress: Track pupil progress effectively, adapting teaching to ensure all children reach their potential.
* Classroom Leadership: Establish a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and enthusiasm for learning.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
* Curriculum Development: Contribute ideas and expertise to the development of a dynamic KS2 curriculum.
* Pastoral Support: Nurture the social and emotional development of pupils alongside academic progress.
* Professional Contribution: Take part in professional learning and play an active role in school life.
