Position Overview:
Josh of Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Interim Year 4 Class Teacher to join our dynamic team.
This temporary position has become available due to medical cover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining the excellent standards set by the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching, Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students, following the existing planning that is mostly complete.
Class Management:
Build upon the positive behaviour of the well-behaved Year 4 class, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about students' progress and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality and engaging lessons.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
