Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next role?Aspire People is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in an amazing school in Shard End. This is a classroom based role, supporting a small group of children in Year 2.
This role is starting ASAP - July 2024.
This role will be situated in a lovely school with really passionate staff, and a great leadership team.
The ideal candidate:
* Level 3 qualification minimum
* SEN experience covering Autism and lower level ability
* Able to communicate and build rapport with the children you support
* Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team and parents
* Passionate about working with SEN children & dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve
targets set in line with their individual education plan's (IEP)
* Meticulous when it comes to completing IEP's to ensure everything is covered and the
child's accomplishments are recorded and rewarded
