About the Role
You will play a key part in delivering personalised, high-quality teaching and learning for pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You'll work in partnership with experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists, and external professionals to create a learning environment that is engaging, inclusive, and child-centred.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Designing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

* Building strong working relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Educated to degree level (essential)
* Experienced in the UK education system, particularly in SEN, Primary, or Early Years
* Confident in delivering basic skills teaching to pupils with a wide range of needs
* Skilled in classroom management and team leadership
* Familiar with inclusive education practices and child-centred approaches
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, flexible, and eager to contribute to a collaborative school culture
Experience working with children who have autism, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable. While QTS is not required, this is an ideal role for individuals considering a future teaching qualification or career in special education.
Applications are welcomed from experienced candidates, and new graduates who are passionate about SEND and ready to learn and grow.
