We are seeking Teaching Assistants to work collaboratively with teachers to support the educational and pastoral needs of our students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting classroom activities, helping students develop essential skills, and contributing to the overall positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assist individual students or small groups with their learning activities, providing guidance and
encouragement.
* Help create stimulating learning environments, preparing and organizing resources.
* Support students' social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships and a
supportive atmosphere.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies, ensuring a safe and conducive
learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
* Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's education.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* An adaptable and positive approach to working in a school environment.
* Relevant qualifications in education or a willingness to undertake training.
