Job description
Aspire People are working with mainstream Primary schools Hinckley and surrounding areas recruiting for Teaching Assistants.We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants for our Primary Schools that we have an exclusive or strong relations for full and part time roles.
Our clients are recruiting for variety of roles for strong and experienced Teaching Assistants. This would be working as a general Teaching Assistant, 121 Teaching Assistants or an Intervention Teaching Assistants across year groups from EYFS - Year 6.
The successful Teaching Assistants will need to have a qualification or good solid experience working within a school in a classroom.
The successful Teaching Assistants must have good behaviour management skills and techniques, wanting to make a difference and must be reliable and consistent.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are passionate, enthusiastic and go the extra mile to help children enjoy and achieve results.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies
- NCFE
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years Educator
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Advanced,
- Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Special Educational Needs (RQF)
- Autism Awareness
- Autism Awareness - Advanced
- Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Diploma
