We are working to support an ambitious primary school, they are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team in Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while working alongside an inspiring staff team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Adapting activities and resources to meet the needs of every pupil.
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment where children feel confident to succeed.
- Encouraging and motivating pupils to reach their full potential every day.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in Key Stage 1 or 2 (desirable but not essential).
- A positive, proactive, and caring attitude towards supporting children's learning.
- High expectations for yourself and the pupils you support.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine belief that every child can succeed.
