🔍 About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant with Aspire People, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs, across a variety of subjects and year groups.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
* Providing targeted interventions and pastoral care
* Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment
✅ We're Looking for Teaching Assistants Who:
* Have previous experience in a secondary school setting
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
* Are confident supporting learners aged 11-16, including those with SEN
* Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Are flexible, proactive, and committed to making a difference
