Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30, Term-time only
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our learners in the classroom and beyond. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, inclusive education tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
-Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities.
-Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
-Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
-Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.
What We're Looking For:
-Experience working with children or young people (preferably with SEND).
-A positive, patient, and flexible approach.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-A genuine passion for education and making a difference.
-Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
