📍 Location: Brent, North West London📅 Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
💼 Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support students in and out of the classroom, helping them engage with the curriculum
✅ Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions
✅ Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
✅ Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
✅ Support students' emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and personal development
What We're Looking For:
✨ Previous experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (desirable but not essential)
✨ A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✨ The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
✨ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
