Classroom Assistant - Specialist Provision - Warwickshire - Primary and SecondaryHave you worked in Education settings before? Are you looking for a change, or a new challenge? Are you passionate about wanting the best for children and young pupils with additional needs? Have you worked with children who have additional needs?
I am working with a specialist provision in Warwickshire that is an all through provision and caters for all young learners from the age of 4 - 19 years old. I'm recruiting for an experienced classroom assistant to work in the Primary or Secondary specialist provision. This role is full time (Monday to Friday) and term time working. The school are also recruiting for permanent contracts after 12 - 14 weeks.
The school is always looking to expand their excellent staffing team with new passionate and engaging staff that can help the children ans young pupils of the setting. The school are interested in innovative and dedicated classroom assistants who can offer a tailored approach to children's learning who can support students and young pupils who have a range of needs.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with children who have additional needs. You must also be passionate and willing to support students no matter what they need.
We are seeking and recruiting on behalf of the school for candidates that have:
* Experience with SEN pupils (personally or within a classroom setting)
* Experience within a School or Education settings
* Updated and clean DBS on the update service, or willing to have one processed
* The ability to inspire children from all different backgrounds
* To work as part of a team
* Unqualified teaching assistants will still be considered
* Temporary to permanent contracts considered after 12 weeks
* Ability to work and communicate with external agencies
* Adhere and follow all safeguarding policies
