Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers, support pupils in their learning journey, and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
* Assist pupils individually and in small groups to reinforce learning.
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Support pupils with additional needs where required.
* Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.
* Promote positive behaviour and act as a role model for pupils.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
