Job description
Are you passionate about helping young children learn and grow in a nurturing environment? do you have a proactive and creative approach to learning?We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join one of our client Early Years Provision. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the learning and development of young children, helping them build the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities that support the children's development across all areas of learning.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils, ensuring that their individual needs are met.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
- Observe and record the progress of children, assisting with assessments when required.
- Work closely with the teacher and other staff to support the overall running of the Early Years provision.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.
