Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support - SEND/ASD)Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Position: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week
Hours: 08:15 AM - 03:30 PM

The school are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join them in supporting a students on a 1:1 basis with SEND and ASD needs in key stage one.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a student to provide personalized support across their learning and development, helping them to achieve their full potential. Your role will involve:
Supporting a student with ASD and additional SEND needs in the classroom.
Helping with social, emotional, and academic development.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a tailored support plan.
Encouraging independence and positive behavior in the classroom.
Adapting teaching materials and strategies to suit the student's individual needs.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience working with children with SEND and ASD.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of different learning strategies and how to adapt them to support individual needs.
A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
A commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all students.
