Role Overview:
As a Teaching and Learning Practitioner, you will:
- Provide classroom cover for up to 3 days per week during short-term staff absences
- Deliver PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover as needed
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan and support engaging and effective learning activities
- Lead learning with individuals, small groups, or whole classes under the direction of a qualified teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-quality teaching and learning across the school
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Adhere to school policies and uphold its values within the community
- Work professionally and confidentially with all school stakeholders
- Promote health and safety practices at all times
