About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in the B30 area, starting in January. In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential support to individuals with various needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance required to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
Emotional Support: Offering companionship and building positive relationships with clients.
Community Engagement: Encouraging and assisting clients to participate in social, educational, and leisure activities.
Health Monitoring: Monitoring clients' health and communicating effectively with medical professionals when needed.
Record Keeping: Maintaining clear, accurate records of the support provided to each individual.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable but not essential.
Personality: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help others.
Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility: A flexible approach to working hours, as shifts may vary.
