Location: HerefordshireContract: Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable Supply Teacher to work across a range of schools in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is looking for a consistent, full-time position within local schools.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the day. You may be covering different subjects and year groups depending on the school's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles.
Encourage student participation and support learning progress.
Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to different settings.
Previous UK teaching experience preferred.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
