Your role will include:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
Building positive relationships and boosting confidence
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual needs
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting children with SEND (school or care setting)
A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
