As a SENCo, your role will be vital in ensuring that children with special educational needs receive the support and guidance they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and assessing the needs of students with SEN.
* Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide tailored support.
* Monitoring and tracking progress, and ensuring that interventions are effective.
* Promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
* To excel in this role, you should have:
* A recognized SENCo qualification.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
