SENCo Opportunity - Balsall Heath (B10)Aspire People are proud to be working with a welcoming and supportive school in the heart of Balsall Heath (B10). We are seeking a dedicated and qualified SENCo to join their team full-time (5 days per week). For the right candidate, this role has the exciting potential to become temp-to-perm.
The Role
Lead as the school's SENCo, taking ownership while working collaboratively with staff.
Provide teaching support within the school's resource base.
Drive school improvement and welfare initiatives, ensuring pupils thrive.
Support with the EHCP process, guaranteeing effective provision for pupils with complex needs.
The School
Currently supporting 3 EHCPs and several SSPs.
Pupils present with complex needs and Autism, requiring a proactive and compassionate SENCo.
A supportive environment where the right candidate can hit the ground running and make a real impact.

Someone confident in managing the EHCP process.
