📍 SEN Teaching Assistant - Telford - September StartAre you a passionate and patient Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in September?
We're working with a school in Telford that is looking to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, supply basis from the start of term.
This role will involve supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
What you'll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
Assisting with learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to support EHCP targets
Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
Who we're looking for:
Experience working with young people with SEN (school, care, or youth settings)
A calm, empathetic and consistent approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning
