- Supporting pupils with MLD, SLD and PMLD, including those with ASC, complex medical needs, and physical or mobility challenges.

What You'll Do:
- Offer 1:1 and smaller group support in the classroom and across daily activities.
- Assist pupils with communication, behaviour, and learning challenges.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to deliver personalised support.
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Support positive behaviour and help pupils develop social and communication skills.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a positive approach to supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable, but your dedication and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- A team player who can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Flexible and reliable, especially for daily cover roles.
