Job description
Passionate about helping every child shine? Aspire People are searching for a caring, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming NN3 school. If you're patient, positive, and ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!What you'll do:
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Assist with personalised learning plans
Help pupils build confidence, independence, and social skills
Work closely with teachers and support staff
What we need:
Experience supporting children with SEN
Calm, resilient, nurturing approach
DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
