Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
What You'll Do:
Support students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom.
Assist teachers with lesson planning and the delivery of tailored learning activities.
Provide one-on-one support for students to help them thrive academically and socially.
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Encourage students to develop their skills, independence, and self-confidence.
What We're Looking For:
Passion: A strong desire to support children with additional needs and make a positive impact on their learning journey.
Experience: Previous experience in a teaching or learning support role is an advantage, but not essential.
Patience & Empathy: Understanding and sensitivity to the individual needs of students.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Commitment: A proactive approach to your role, always striving to enhance the student experience.
