Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for day to day, short-term and long-term supply work in a SEN school in Lincoln to start ASAP.Do you have experience of working with children who have mental and physical needs, ASD, social communication difficulties and severe disabilities?

We have some fantastic opportunities across Lincoln SEN schools. Aspire People assists the schools with covering supply bookings, both in advance (pre-booked) and for last minute sickness cover.

Successful applicants must have:
* Relevant experience of working with SEN children or within a care background
* Experience of working with young people with anxiety/mental health needs
* Experience of profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Experience of using sensory strategies
* Experience of using sensory strategies
* Training for administration of medication or willingness to learn.
* A drive to ensure children receive the appropriate support to achieve their potential.
* Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
* Willing to undertake a DBS through Aspire People or be on the update service
* Minimum of 2 satisfactory and recent references
* Right to work in the UK is required
