Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Start Date: Immediate (Before Summer Holidays)
Location: Royston, Hertfordshire (Local to Letchworth by car)
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Royston, Hertfordshire, for an immediate start. This role will continue full-time from September, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
✅ Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Essential)
Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Commitment to supporting pupils' learning, development, and emotional well-being
