SEND Teaching Assistant - Northampton, Corby & KetteringJob type: Full-time or Supply
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term Time Only

The Role
Aspire People are recruiting compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to work with children and young people with additional needs in mainstream and specialist schools across Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, or physical disabilities.
Responsibilities
Provide tailored support for pupils with EHCPs
Promote independence and positive engagement
Assist teachers with inclusive classroom practice
Support emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
Record progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
Requirements
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
Calm, empathetic and patient approach
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Full driving licence and own vehicle
Term-time availability, 8:30am - 3:30pm
