💰 Pay: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Aspire People are looking for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in West Bridgford.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups to help them reach their full potential.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs.
Assisting with emotional regulation and social interaction.
Working as part of a dedicated team alongside teachers and SEN staff.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (autism, ADHD, speech & language, SEMH, or other needs).
A caring, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
A relevant qualification is desirable (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent), but we also welcome applications from those with strong practical experience.
