Are you a caring and committed individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?
We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and nurturing primary school in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
✨ About the role:
Supporting pupils with additional needs (on a 1:1 basis and/or in small groups)
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Contributing to pupils' progress, confidence and independence
👩🏫 About you:
Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
A calm, patient and positive approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
