Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a heart for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Primary SEN Teacher to join our warm and welcoming school in Rugby, where every child is valued and empowered to succeed.Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised education to children with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and other developmental needs. You'll have the chance to make a real difference in their lives, providing a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual learning needs of students with SEN.
Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students' academic and social development.
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Collaborate with parents, external specialists, and other staff members to develop a holistic approach to supporting each child's needs.
Provide a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where children feel confident and motivated to learn.
Regularly assess and track progress, adapting teaching methods to support each student's development.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
A patient, empathetic, and creative approach to teaching.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment and making a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN.
