Aspire People are looking for a dedicated Teacher to join a specialist school in the B90 area, supporting pupils with learning disabilities, autism (ASD) and complex needs across the primary or secondary age range.

About the Role
As a Teacher in this specialist provision, you will:
Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of additional needs.
Differentiate learning effectively to meet EHCP targets and individual learning styles.
Foster independence, communication and confidence in every learner.
Work closely with experienced support staff, therapists and the wider SEN team.
Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment where pupils can reach their full potential.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) - ECTs and experienced SEND teachers are welcome.
Experienced (or confident) working with pupils with ASD, learning disabilities and complex needs.
Positive, patient and resilient, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about inclusive education and child-centred learning.
Committed to promoting wellbeing and emotional regulation alongside academic progress.
