Aspire People is proud to be working in partnership with a brand-new special school catering to autistic pupils from Reception to Year 6, all of whom have additional learning needs. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher (PGCE + QTS) to play a key role in shaping a supportive and inclusive learning environment from the ground up.

We are seeking a teacher who is:
* Passionate and committed to improving outcomes for autistic children
* A creative thinker who brings energy, enthusiasm and innovation into the classroom
* Experienced in working with autistic pupils and those with complex additional learning needs
* Collaborative, with strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Willing to go above and beyond to make a real difference

Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a class of pupils, ensuring high expectations and inclusive practice for all learners
* Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with families, colleagues, external agencies, and the wider school community
* Upholding Teachers' Standards and ensuring all pupils receive an equal opportunity to succeed
* Supporting the safeguarding and wellbeing of every child
