Rate of Pay: £89 - £104 per day
About the Role:
Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a school setting in Marlborough. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting individual and small groups of pupils with special educational needs
Assisting with classroom activities and promoting inclusive learning
Helping with personal care and ensuring the well-being of students
Working closely with teachers and other staff to support tailored learning plans
Providing emotional and social support to pupils
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
