Job description
Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Teachers to join schools in Wotton-under-Edge and the surrounding Stroud district. This is an excellent opportunity to teach and inspire students while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school environment.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area
Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress
Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners, including SEN students
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive and safe learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Subject specialism in your teaching area
Experience teaching in Secondary schools preferred
Enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about student development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
