Job Title: Science TeacherLocation: Stoke-on-Trent Secondary Schools
Salary: £180 - £220 per day
Start Date: January 2025
Are you excited by the wonders of the natural world? We are looking for a dedicated Science teacher to inspire and engage students in the fascinating subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that encourage student curiosity and critical thinking.
Create hands-on experiments and activities that bring Science to life.
Provide tailored support to students, helping them understand complex scientific concepts.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with other Science teachers to ensure a dynamic curriculum and excellent student outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge in one or more of the Science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
Enthusiasm for teaching Science and inspiring students to pursue STEM subjects.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable).
