Aspire People are looking for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in South Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to inspire the next generation in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
The Role:
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available).
Creating engaging and practical lessons to spark curiosity and learning.
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Managing the classroom effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
Contributing to the school's wider community and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
✔️ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
✔️ Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
✔️ Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics.
✔️ Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
✔️ A commitment to student progress, inclusion, and safeguarding.
