Are you a seasoned HR Advisor? I have a client seeking a HR Advisor to work within education acorss multiple settings in the Walsall Area. My client will consider applications from both qualified and unqualified HR Personnel.Aspects of the role include;
- First port of call for any HR queries
- Performance management
- Employee Relations
- Policies - updating, advising, ensuring policies are family-friendly
- Amendments to contracts
- Onboarding
- Absences
- Wellbeing
- Referencing
- Benefits
- Guiding managers.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESS BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £57.00 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
