Primary ECT Teacher - Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Passion and enthusiasm for primary education.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and professional development.
* Commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
