Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join our dynamic team at Edgbaston School.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our youngest learners.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the positive and nurturing atmosphere of our school.
Responsibilities:
Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for Reception students.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Contribute to the school community through participation in events and initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
Proven experience working with Reception or Early Years students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Flexibility and adaptability, especially in planning within a two-month timeframe.
