Position Overview:
Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our team in CV3. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This position offers flexibility, as it may involve both full-time and day-to-day supply teaching opportunities across CV3.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student achievement and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
Experience teaching Reception students.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
Valid DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
