Job description
Are you a qualified Secondary Teacher? Are you looking for local and flexible work?I have been working with school across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas for 9 years building good, strong working relationships with secondary mainstream schools.
Aspire has exclusive partnerships with trusts as well as with secondary mainstream schools across Warwickshire. I work specifically with schools across Warwickshire including, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Rugby, Nuneaton, as as well as Solihull, Tamworth and Banbury.
I am working exclusively with secondary schools who are recruiting for Fully Qualified /Newly Qualified and Early Career Teachers with strong behaviour management, and solid knowledge of the national curriculum.
I have a wide range of exciting teaching opportunities such as classroom teacher and Intervention teacher roles as well as daily supply, short/long term contracts and permanent roles. Aspire People can help find the right role, and school for any teaching opportunities across a wide range of schools
The successful candidates must have presence in the classroom, demonstrating flexibility/adapting to students learning abilities to achieve the best learning results for each individual student. They must have experience working across year groups from KS2 & KS3 with the ability be able to think on their feet, be creative and engaging creating a changing learning environment. And most importantly be passionate about education and want to make a difference.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
- Overseas Trained Teacher (OTT)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Education Studies
The Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
