We're seeking an M1-M6 Qualified Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to bring their passion for teaching to a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards
Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student development
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, offering tailored support when necessary
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes
Maintain strong communication with parents and caregivers to support student development

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - M1-M6 pay scale
Experience teaching in primary or secondary education (depending on the role and subject)
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students
Effective classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
